The location was perfect - close to a shopping mall, metro station, and bus stop. The staff were friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. The breakfast was nice. The hotel had easy access to Uber and taxis.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had an amazing time! the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to find someone who spoke English and they really made my stay enjoyable. the best aspect of the hotel was the location - it was perfect! There was a metro station and a shopping mall close by, and there was even a city bus stop right outside the front door. I also loved that there were taxis and Uber rides easily available. the breakfast spread was really nice and offered a good variety of options.

That the hotel didn't have an elevator, so it was tough to haul my heavy luggage up the high flights of stairs. It definitely made me regret packing so much!

The lack of reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was disappointing and made it difficult who need to stay connected to get work done.

Despite some drawbacks, my Easter stay in this hotel was satisfying. The staff was pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. I appreciated the location of the place as well. It's located near a shopping mall and is only a short distance from the subway station. There's also a convenient city bus-stop right in front of the hotel and ride-sharing services are readily available.

One downside of this hotel is that there's no lift, which was a hassle since the stairs were quite steep and it was difficult to carry heavy luggage to the top floor. It was my first time staying in such a place so it took some extra effort.
